Return and refund

At Willis Voyages, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
